Jeff Schiefelbein

Jeff is a culture expert and nationally recognized motivational speaker with a passion for human formation and innovation. Jeff lives in Irving, Texas, with his wife and their seven kids.

Jeff earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Texas A&M University. During college, Jeff developed and launched the nation’s largest college safe-ride program to reduce drunk driving, CARPOOL. Jeff also co-hosts a live radio show and the religiously funny hit podcast, The BeatiDudes.

Before Undivided Life, Jeff co-founded 5, an energy advisory firm, where he designed and implemented a culture architecture that propelled the firm to numerous accolades for growth, culture, innovation, and leadership. Jeff began his energy career at First Choice Power, where he served in several roles, including Vice President of Sales.
