This memorial is for all children who have died, especially those who

died before their birth—for any reason—and for their parents, siblings,

friends, and all people of goodwill. It is not a protest, but a memorial

for those who have never had the chance to grieve, for those who

grieve alone, for those in need of healing and forgiveness, and for
