Remember is a guided, peer-based journey for families and individuals grieving the death of a loved one to suicide. This cohort offers a prayerful, safe, and confidential space to be held in compassion, to name the pain that often feels unspeakable, and to gently encounter hope again—without pressure, platitudes, or timelines.

The Spring 2026 cohort, led by Debbie O’Connor and Gay Abuan-Summers, will meet virtually from Sunday, February 22, 2026, through Sunday, May 17, 2026. Participants will gather weekly in a small-group setting rooted in Catholic faith, trauma-informed care, and the deep understanding that suicide loss carries a unique and often isolating grief.
